COMPOSITION:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cooked seeds:
• Rinse seeds well under running water.
• Soak for 1 to 3 hours at room temperature.
• Rinse with cold running water.
• Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
• Allow seeds to cool and drain.
• Serve plain or mixed with egg or fruit pie.
Soaked seeds:
• Rinse seeds well under running water.
• Let them soak for 6 to 24 hours at room temperature, change the water several times preferably.
• Rinse thoroughly with cold running water.
• Allow to drain for another 1 to 3 hours if necessary.
• Serve plain or mixed with egg or fruit pie.
ADVICE
You can prepare a quantity of food for several days, freeze it and thaw the necessary portion each day.
Soaking makes the seeds softer so that birds are very happy to consume them. Soaked seeds are also easier to shell. Feeding with a mixture of soaked seeds has a positive influence on the reproductive process and improves the physical condition for brooding.
