Fruits, and especially sugars, are a very important part of the diet of birds, especially those with crooked beaks. In the wild, birds eat a lot of fruits, nectar, flowers, etc. These contain a lot of natural sugars, but birds really need them. A bird consumes much more energy in relation to its body weight, after all, it must be able to fly.

The germinating seed blend Grandes Parakeets & Parrots N°33 is a rich and very varied mixture of sprouted seeds with germinative power perfect for large parakeets and parrots.

Formulated for small species (genera Nymphicus, Eolophus, Platycercus, Aratinga), which in nature mainly consume low-fat seeds.

Formula for the reproductive inactivity phase. Its composition allows you to comfortably cover your nutritional needs during these periods.

This food is formulated to cover 100% of the parrot's dietary needs. Other foods such as fruits and vegetables can be added to add variety to the diet, as long as the percentage of Mini is not less than 70% of the total.

The daily consumption varies between 9 and 15% of the animal's weight. For example, a cockatiel will consume between 7 and 15 grams per day.

Striated sunflower is the basic seed of any parrot mixture. It is also used in mixtures for parakeets and exotic doves.

Remember to regularly clean the feeders of your outdoor birds so that diseases and bacteria do not thrive.

Also consider setting feeders high up to prevent predators (such as cats, foxes, etc.) from targeting birds when they are eating.
