Shipping Your Parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the delivery method you selected with a tracking number. A link will be sent to you to track your parcel online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the weight and total volume of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile objects. You also benefit from insurance if the carrier loses your parcel.
The box sizes are appropriate, and your items are well protected.
In case of item damage, photos and videos may be requested to better assess the damage and send you replacement parts or compensation in the form of a promo code.

Delivery to the address of your choice:
If the recipient is absent during the delivery of the package (Monday to Friday), the postman will leave a notice in the letterbox. The recipient can either collect their package within 14 days (excluding the delivery day) from the post office or designated point indicated on the notice, or request a second delivery on the date of their choice.

UPS HOME DELIVERY:
UPS HOME DELIVERY is an interactive service for shipping parcels to private addresses. It always includes automatic Predict notification. With this service, you always know the delivery time, within an hour. In case of absence, you may need to collect your parcel from a pickup point yourself. This is to prevent the parcel from being returned to the sender.
