ARTICHOKE extract: Therapeutically, artichoke extract has been used since the 14th century in medical sciences for the treatment of cholesterolemia, triglyceridemia and it has hepatoprotective properties. (Brand et al., 1992; Zargari, 2003).
Artichoke extract has protective activity in the liver.
Milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum): Silymarin is a complex of flavonolignane: silychristin, silydianin, silybin and isosilybin. Silybin, in the form of soluble demisuccinate, is also used in the counterpoison center as an injectable treatment for poisoning by Amanita phalloides.
(Desplaces et al. 1975; Choppin and Desplaces 1978).
Sylimarin has shown anti-inflammatory and anticarcinogenic properties in liver tissues acting on modulating the immune system. (Dehmlow et al. 1996; De la puerta et al. 1996; Luper 1998)
ECHINACEA ANGUSTIFOLIA: the American Indians used preparations based on this plant to cure or prevent certain diseases (especially those of the respiratory tract) but also to disinfect wounds.
The properties of Echinacea are given by its many active ingredients: alkamides, acetoalkhenes, cicoric acid, polysaccharides, flavonoids and essential oil.
Alkamides, have an important anti-inflammatory action.
Several scientific studies have confirmed that Echinacea extracts stimulate the immune system, increasing macrophage activation.
NETTLE has remineralizing, diuretic, antirheumatic, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-ulcer, astringent and analgesic properties.
Nettle is able to stimulate digestion and absorption of food. It is a natural supplier of important mineral salts (silicon, phosphorus, manganese, calcium, potassium, magnesium),
vitamins A, C and K, iron and chlorophyll.
The diuretic action of nettle facilitates the elimination of bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections.
Instructions for use:
Use during the racing season, mating and winter rest. During breeding, in young and dumb.
Add 10 ml/1 litre of water to drink.
